Requirements:
- 7+ Year post qualification experience (minimum 3 years as a manager) in Software Houses or Digital Media Agencies.
- Graduate / Masters (Preferably from CS/IT/SE)
- Must have worked with multiple international clients and projects
- Strong hands on command on all areas of SEO
- Excellent Command on: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Hootsuite
- Ability to manage team
- Excellent English language reading and writing skills
- High level of honesty, integrity and commitment
- Attention to details and quality conscious
- Hardworking and can do it approach
Job Description:
- Manage Office based and Online Teams
- Check teams' reports and ensure high quality work
- Get the projects/jobs done perfectly and delivered to clients.
- Hire, train and guide new team members
- Identify KPIs that needs to be tracked in order to gauge the success of projects.
- Office Management
- Ability to work independently and without any supervision.
