The Admissions Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the admission process, from the initial enquiry through to registration and then conversion to enrollment.The Admissions Manager needs to have an overview of the School and be able to respond quickly to enquiries.The Admissions Manager is required to monitor enquiries, visits and hold conversions and give detailed reports to the Headmaster.
The Admissions Manager is to be a brand ambassador who understands the school’s values and appreciates individual parent and student needs in order to effectively represent the school to prospective parents
This includes
- Developing a deep understanding of individual parent and student needs and appropriately tailoring the approach to each situation to provide a personalized visit experience and drive a high rate of conversion
- Qualify and convert enquiries into firm applications, helping drive new enrollments
- Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and students
- Conduct one to one and group tours of the school and answer parent and student queries
- Provide post tour feedback and status to managers
- Act as brand ambassador and present the school to prospective parents and students at recruitment events, open days and information sessions locally and in overseas markets
- Build relationships with key partners, affiliates and influencers in the communities locally
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills in a one to one and group setting
- Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes
- Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting
- Must have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
