- Creates risk-management assessment, advises executives of the trade-offs, and monitors risk factors continually.
- Provides updates to executives and when necessary influences them to obtain resources and resolve major issues.
- Creates and presents capital acquisition requests required for the project.
- Manages multiple sub teams across overall project, and directs leaders of other sub teams, including external vendors and internal technical application teams.
- Ensures roles and responsibilities are defined for team members.
- Facilitates meetings including project review sessions, executive updates, and sessions to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Ensures a consistent method for scheduling monitoring and maintenance.
- Simultaneously addresses multiple complex issues affecting project schedule and works cross-functionally to address issues and clear roadblocks.
