Job Location: Mardan, KPK
Suitable Profile for This Position:
- Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone.
- 1 year telemarketting experience (Preffered)
- Must be available to work night shifts.
- Must have own convience.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Must have convincing power and excellent analytical skills
- Candidates who belongs to Mardan or currently living in Mardan will be preffered.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- High performer with a track record of over-achievement.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Neutral or non-inflicted American accent.
Age Group: 22-30
Shift Timings: 8pm to 5am (1 hour break included)
Package: 15,000 starting + Bonus on each sale
