We are an ever expanding company and have opportunities available right now working within our very busy call centre. You will be handling a large number of calls and taking bookings, dealing with general enquiries and providing a first class level of customer service.
This is a demanding role and therefore high standards of communication skills are required. The ability to input data quickly and accurately is essential and you will need to remain calm and composed under pressure. The position comes with full training so previous experience is not required, rather, we are looking for people with potential and welcome applications from inexperienced candidates as well as those who have already worked within a call centre environment.
