Norwich Capital Limited

Services · 11-50 employees - Kowloon

Norwich Investment Limited is a boutique financial service provider that offers hands-on, value-creation financial, strategic and operational advisory services to mid-market companies. Our services include M&A advisory, private placements, IPO listing and SPAC reverse mergers. We have led, managed, arranged and closed acquisitions, divestitures, fundraisings and financings. Norwich Capital Limited has operating and advisory experience in a broad array of sectors with a strong focus in biotech and gaming sectors. We are headquartered in Hong Kong with representations in Mainland China and Malaysia. We are a pioneer in Asia for listing Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPAC) in the U.S.. SPACs are public listing vehicles first launched in the early 2000’s as alternatives to traditional IPOs. SPAC mergers combine the benefits of an IPO with the structural flexibility of M&A, providing target companies the certainty of closing, an accelerated go-public timeline, flexible transaction structure and instant world-class investor base opening up to greater liquidity and access to capital in the public markets. We approach SPACs as opportunities to establish long-term relationships with both sponsors and corporate clients, working closely with them to establish and execute their capital markets strategies providing leading capabilities and a full range of IPO support services to assure successful executions of proposed listings as well as ongoing support for after-market activities.
