NEMS  is looking for a well-presented, articulate, and professional Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Chairman. This position is open exclusively to female candidates who demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a discreet, confident demeanor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the Chairman’s daily schedule and correspondence while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. This role requires efficiency in handling multiple tasks to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination both within and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize reports, files, and presentation materials as required for meetings or other purposes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters related to the CEO and the organization.
  • Assist with personal errands and coordination tasks as needed to support the Chairman’s daily activities.
  • Attend meetings or accompany the CEO when necessary to provide support and take notes.
  • Monitor ongoing tasks and follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Female candidate with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. Equivalent can also apply.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership or executive management.- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Urdu.
  • Highly discreet and organized, capable of managing sensitive information with integrity.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.This full-time, in-person role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
