- Act as a bridge between production and sales team
- Stock check of finished goods to ensure timely dispatch to the customers
- Check stock to see that no extra material is being stocked in the factory
- Invoice, dispatch and payment tally and update
- Handle customer complains
- Get complete report in case of customer complaint to ensure that it is handled properly and if mistake is at our end it is not repeated again.
- Update bill records and follow up on payment with the customers.
- Walk in customer dealing to increase sales
- Posting of Sales orders
- Planning with the dispatch team in order to be ready for a timely delivery
- Maintaining data of dispatch and billing(invoices)
- Visiting customers for follow ups
SALARY : 40k to 50k as per field experience
