- Define and implement import process and procedures, manage the flow of all inbound shipments of Pharmaceutical raw materials.
- Oversee sourcing process to identify and qualify new vendors. Manage complete overseas purchasing of the company.
- Negotiate with suppliers for price reductions in accordance with cost reduction initiatives
- Handle non-routine problems of shipments
- Prepare and submit ADC, FORM-5 and other required documents for imports shipment to Ministry of Health / DRAP
- Must be well versed with all custom formalities to clear the shipment in agreed time lines. Facilitate custom clearance process and resolve import compliance issues
- Arrange to open LCs from various bank. Follow up of LCs in case of any amendment and their maturities dates. Manage all data of LCs for payments of matured documents.
- Review requisitions for Imported Raw, Packaging, Finished Goods, and Bulk Materials.
- Preparation of Imports Budget and submission to Board of Directors.
- Good Planner & Negotiator, Self-Initiator, result-oriented and enthusiastic person who is committed to success and love to work under challenging environment
