We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage a LinkedIn outreach system to generate leads for our sales team. This is a remote, part-time role requiring expertise in outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a LinkedIn outreach strategy to drive lead generation.
- Implement outbound lead generation tactics across email, social media, and other channels.
- Research and identify high-potential clients within target industries.
- Craft compelling and engaging messaging to attract and nurture prospects.
- Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts for better conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads and improved conversion metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build scalable processes from the ground up.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with email outreach & automation tools.
- Can generate leads beyond LinkedIn (e.g., cold email, paid ads, etc.).
- Have worked in B2B recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing industries.
