- Supervise the designers to create effective and appealing designs for social media campaigns.
- Provide ideas and content to the designer for new campaigns for social media.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach new audiences and promote our brand.
- Conduct social media audits to evaluate our performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates and changes to algorithms.
- Collaborate with influencers and other brands to expand our reach and engagement.
- Create video content for social media platforms such as TikTok or YouTube.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in social media content creation.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.ย ย
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
