Business Development Officer Required:
We are a start-up based in Lahore and require on full-time contract basis Business Development Officer.
Skills & Experience:
1. Must have a bachelor’s or higher degree from a recognized university.
2. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Must be familiar with digital marketing techniques like social media marketing, e-mail marketing, SEO, etc.
4. Familiarity with common office softwares, such as Microsoft Office.
5. Must be a critical thinker, organized, creative and have good analytical, persuasion and presentation skills.
6. Must be able to travel when necessary, to meet with customers or stakeholders and build business relationships.
7. Candidates having positive sales background shall be preferred.
· Analyze current customer base to identify potential sales opportunities.
· Perform direct sales activities and meet sales targets.
· Get involved in various customer centered activities like customer services, customer relationship management etc.
· Perform social media marketing.
· Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
· Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
· Negotiate timelines and budgets
· Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts
· Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
· Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
· Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
Remuneration: The remuneration shall include;
1. A fixed monthly salary
2. A share in all new customer sales (as decided by the management time to time).
3. Task based allowances, except customer sales (as decided by the management time to time).
4. Any other allowances/bonuses given to all employees of the company.
