Functions:
A. Procurement and supply chain management
- Plan for all project procurement with relevant project manager and Coordination
- Manage and coordinate the entire procurement and supply chain
- Reinforce current procedures and the quality of internal control
- Ensure information flow with other departments and sub office for effective service delivery thus securing the successful conclusion of the delivery to sales department
- Account for overall compliance with In-house procurement demand procedures.
B. Stock Management
- Manage the IN and OUT processes of the stock and ensure the proper implementation of these processes in the Area offices
- Ensure overall compliance with the stock management procedures.
C. Delivery (Transport) Management & Communication
- Manage delivery of stock and supplies to sub office as required
- Account for the overall compliance with delivery management procedures.
- Comply with requirements of In/out Bound Logistics
- Deal all the issues related transportation service/rates/negotiations timely manner
D. Fleet and Fuel Management
- Ensure proper adherence of utilization, maintenance and follow up of the vehicles, contracts/Agreements/routes plan.
- Control and manage the cost of the fuel, maintenance and repairs
- Accounts for the overall compliance with the fleet management procedures
E. Filing and Reporting
- Comply with all the reporting requirements of In/out Bound Logistics
- Present the monthly reports as required and demand
- Make sure that Data & files are updated and well documented properly
