NUST – PNEC NDT Research Centre has collaborated with M/s K-Electric under the umbrella of Ignite (formerly: National ICT R&D Fund) to take up the task of predicting the Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of existing Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) installed in coastal areas through Non-destructive Testing.
Research Assistant (Software Development) – for coordinating the software development, receipt and audit of historical NDT data, incorporation of RUL/prognostics algorithms into executables and GUI development. Key requirements include:
· BE/BCS Qualified
· Has background knowledge of software development
· Experience of working in different OS environments
· Team player
