Nutrifactor is looking for "Chat Support Officer (Arabic Speaker)"
Requirements:
- Customer Support Chat via all available channels (ex. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.)
- Addresses customer’s queries and resolve complaints
- Responds to comments on social media accounts
- Manages customer engagement programs
- Stays abreast of product knowledge and related information
Note: Individuals with Proficiency in Arabic language will be preferred.
