Requirements and Responsibilities
- Pastries, icecream, cakes, shakes and other bakery products.
- Chef will be responsible for producing goods like pastries, ice-creams, desserts, and other sweets by following traditional and modern recipes.
- Chef should know about different gelato and ice-cream recipes to provide a variety of desserts in the menu
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation techniques and nutrition
