Reporting to the Director, responsible for all finance functions of the organization.

Works with management of company to formulate annual budget and analyzeresults against budget and ensures variances are understood andreasonable.

Responsible for protecting company assets byestablishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls and reviewingall transactions posted.

Works with auditors to ensure company is compliant with all tax laws and other statutory requirements.

Responsible for cash management and cash forecasting of company, and works with amanagement to invest excess cash resources or obtain financing requiredto carry out operations.

Manages other finance employees, oversight and review as required.
