Experience Required - Proven working experience in construction management or 1 Year - Relevant to managing construction sites is a bonus
Qualification Required - B.S.C Civil Engineering

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Reviewing the project in depth - making and implementing schedules with the guidance of the senior managers
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations as well as following the design methodology
- Finding - appointing - and maintaining relationships with Oakmont's vendors
- Coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure on time completion and maintain optimal pace
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review work progress on a daily basis and report to the seniors
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the sites on demand
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze - manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

- We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects
