- OBHost is looking forward for a billing clerk for managing and issuing invoices collaboration internally and externally to resolve quarries.
- Collect and verified all invoice credit, bills and other statement.
- Make sure that billing and account procedure are followed correctly.
- Monitor online payments, credit cards and bank transfer payments.
- Collect all the information needed to calculate for receivable and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage company’s profit /loss and balance sheet and update company financial report.
- Monitoring all payments and prepaid monthly bills report.
