· Manage sales for the company by calling leads generated by the Head Office, organize engagement events, manage trial classes and propose new techniques to improve conversion rates.
· Ensure the deadlines are met by teams and consultants in Lahore office.
· Work with the senior management and technology team to optimize processes and customer experience.
· Stay up-to-date with development related to China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and "One Belt, One Road"
· Manage physical Mandarin language classes held in Lahore Office
· Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, client engagement, sales growth and HR management.
· Leveraging available market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that lead to critical behavioural metrics
· Participation in the hiring and supervising of content/story leaders in all content-related areas
· Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
· Recommend and design HR strategies to keep teams motivated.
