Primary Responsibilities:
- Design logos, icons and webpages using minimistic approach that are based on client descriptions
- Collaborate with development team to create webpage designs in line with functionality that client needs
- Stay in touch with current industry trends
- Present polished and consistent work on a daily basis
- Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to final product against tight deadlines
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively come up with creative content and fresh, new ideas
- Be in direct contact with project manager and feedback
- Provide accurate timelines for which tasks can be done
- Work with internal team to ensure the work being done is in order of priority
- Maintain quality check on all work
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to take initiative on tasks and be productive always - never slacking or waiting for someone to tell them what to do
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for BiG Inc, as well as our multiple clients.
- Expert-level experience with Adobe CC Programs: InDesign, illustrator, photoshop
- Very strong understanding of UX/UI design, usability and user centered design concepts
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
