The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the implementation of digital marketing and media plans, including incremental plans supporting different clients the agency is working with. This position enables integrated Digital Marketing/ Advertising efforts that are executed seamlessly including social media and ecommerce.

  • Co-ordinates and executes projects as assigned by Digital production and Content Manager
  • Overlook website, ecommerce, mobile, email and related digital properties and media plans and schedules and ensures the information is provided to all parties in a timely manner
  • Ensures efficient and effective operations of website, email and related digital properties
  • Liaison and coordination with other departments to ensure highest levels of integration
  • Assists in exploring, evaluating, contributing and executing digital marketing and media strategies and programs
  • Coordinates implementation of plans, projects, assigned tasks, creative / technical development and updates for website and related digital communications/properties
  • Interfaces with and coordinates agencies/vendors and cross-functional internal teams in the development and execution marketing plans
  • Provides input and management for all elements of the planning, creative and development process both internally and with agencies
  • Understands the digital strategy/plan including media, email, mobile and ecommerce plans and assists with the development of plans and creative
  • Works with internal teams, vendors and clients to investigate and respond to consumer trends and customer feedback
  • Provides support for all activations, working with internal teams and external agency partners
  • Assist in the development of new digital marketing initiatives and concepts
  • Provide website, email and related digital metrics reports, research and analysis
  • Understands brand positioning and guidelines in support of corporate strategies
  • Support and execute any changes to plan throughout the year
