About the Role :

We are looking to hire for the position of Customer Support Representatives to provide with the required services to our US based clients while taking Inbound calls.

Shifts Available:

  • Full-time night shift only - 05:00 pm - 02:30 am
  • Shift timings may change as per the requirements of the business to an hour to two hours ahead or backward.

Job Description:

Customer support representative primarily assist the customers with their queries and provides with required technical/customer support. Representative achieves the given targets, performs multitasking and reports to higher (nominated) authorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls (and making outbound calls, if needed).
  • Providing our customers/Clients with top-notch services and e technical support.
  • Multitasking - Engaging with other tasks, such as Tickets, Notes, Add-hoc calls, etc.
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets. 
  • Achieve upselling targets.
  • Ensuring adherence to production & production floor standard policies, including CDP.
  • Compiling the daily required data reports.
  • Reporting to the nominated higher authorities.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI's.

Ideal Profile Requirements

  • Regular and/or full-time students are advised not to apply.
  • Applicant must have excellent English speaking skills.
  • Applicant must have his/her own conveyance (mode of transportation) for daily commute to work.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in full-time night shift.
  • Applicant must be over the age of 18 with a valid CNIC.
  • Applicant must be computer savvy. 
  • Applicant must have multitasking skills.
  • Applicant must have convincing skills.
