Front Desk Officer

A Female is required for the position of Front Desk Officer at Ocean 1 (Pvt.) Limited. She will be responsible for providing administrative support at the Front Desk in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Minimum qualification should be Bachelors from a reputable university

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Receive, direct and transfer telephone messages and fax messages
Entertain the customers at the reception/Verification and identification of customers
Direct the right information from Clients to the appropriate staff member
Handle customer queries
Maintain the call records and file all correspondence of the day
Respond and satisfy the inquiries of all clients and customers
To provide support day to day administrative tasks
