Ocean Gloves Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for developing and supporting a high-performing workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement performance management systems to improve employee productivity and engagement
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring the team's success and professional development
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including record-keeping, reporting, and auditing
- Conduct regular HR audits to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
