- Scheduling interviews and coordinating all relating activities.
- Making job offers and initiating new hire documents needed.
- Check applicant references and send feedback to the Management.
- Update the concerned department regarding the joining date of the candidates. Assist in new hire orientation, development, and training course.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist including all functions of HR.
- Technical recruitment experience is mandatory.

- Ability to conduct interviews.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Motivated & Self-driven.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Generates periodical reports on Hiring Status on the recruitment.
- Replies to queries internally and externally on hiring
