Job Responsibilites

  • Well versed with well operation and intervention in the Clastic and Fractured Carbonate reservoirs.
  • Sound knowledge experience on new field development planning, Mature field handling, well performance (monitoring and optimization), well completions (design and implementation including materials selection and sand control measures), work-over operations, testing, perforating logging, acid stimulation, hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing operations, technical co-ordination, contract administration, report writing, guidance and onsite personnel supervision.
  • To prepare/review the Operations Programs like Well Completion, Testing, Workover and all types of rig-less Well Intervention jobs.
  • Sound knowledge of mature field production enhancement techniques/opportunities.
  • Well versed with implementation and operation of artificial lift system for mature fields.
  • Bid evaluation, both technically and commercially, for the services required during Petroleum Engineering Operations.
  • Lead execution of all intervention jobs, well testing’s and well workovers/P&A.
  • To coordinate with different service companies to make necessary arrangements to execute well completion/testing and various rig-less operations.
  • To verify the technical aspect of invoices.
  • Co-ordination with departments like Production, Exploration, Procurement, Contract, Finance and quality control for relevant tasks.
  • Monitoring Daily Production & well data and review of any requirement for well maintenance.
  • To coordinate with Procurement Department to get the required material at appropriate time to complete the projects.
  • Take lead in designing and planning of Petroleum Engineering projects like (smart) Well Completion/Testing, Workovers or rig-less job.
  • Take lead in procurement of equipment required to execute the Petroleum Engineering Operations.
  • Lead and develop the well operations team.
  • Well versed with protocols of JV management.
  • Knowledge of Reservoir engineering shall be a plus point.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • B.Sc Petroleum Engineering .
  • 15+ years’ experience proven experience in the relevant field.
  • Oversea experience desirable but not essential.
  • Team player with Leadership qualities.
  • Good and soft communicator both verbal and written.
