We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin and HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting human resource activities, and ensuring efficient office operations.


  • Provide administrative support to senior management and employees.
  • Manage office facilities, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Manage and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle employee queries and concerns and provide support to the HR department.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage onboarding process and maintain accurate job postings.
  • Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
