Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to support management and departmental functions.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
