Job Description
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordinate within and outside the concerned department and with head office in UK
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
Personnel Characteristics:
- Punctual
- English Speaking and Writing skills required
- Able to Work under pressure
- Computer literate (essential)
NOTE:
- The Candidates are required to work according to our UK office Timings, therefore, the timing in Lahore Office will be 12:00 (afternoon) to 8:00pm (evening) Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday will be OFF).
