We are looking for a highly organized, cheerful, and independent female Office Assistant to support the efficient daily operations of our office. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed office documentation and ensuring that general organizational tasks are completed smoothly. This full-time, on-site role requires excellent communication skills, especially in English, to interact effectively with foreign clients and contribute positively to the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed and accurate office documentation to support organizational needs.
- Organize and manage general office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate interview calls as required.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with foreign clients, demonstrating a high level of English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Ability to work independently with a positive, proactive, and cheerful attitude.
