Rural Education and Economic Development Society (REEDS), a non-governmental and non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals through self-confidence and holistic development, is seeking an Office Assistant to support the “Flood Recovery and Resilience Project” in District Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. The successful candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations and contributing to the project’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and organize the filing system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Record and document necessary information to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Welcome clients and visitors courteously, providing assistance as needed.
- Update paperwork, maintain documents, and support word processing tasks.
- Keep office common areas clean and organized to promote a functional workspace.
- Perform general clerical duties and errands as assigned by supervisors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and reservations.
- Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of office equipment.

Required Qualifications
- Matriculation certificate with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency in word processing software.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Preference will be given to candidates holding domicile from District Multan.
