We are looking for an experienced person who can work as export documentation officer for our Canadian Customer (Shipping Company)
Following are the job descriptions
- Create AES/CAED export declaration
- Submit Shipping Instructions to Carrier
- Generate documentation (BOL , COO and other docs as required)
- Draft MBL and draft HBL
- Make revisions as required
- Send all docs for approval to client
- Make revisions again as required
- Prepare final documents
- Send to Customer
- Generate invoice to customer
- Examples of docs needed B13, AES, MBL, HBL, COO , Insurance Certificate, Commerical Invoice, destination specific certificates ECTN (such as CNCA, FERI etc.)
- Store all data in organized way
