We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Client Support Executive to join our team in Bahria Town, Lahore. This role is centered on delivering excellent support to our existing clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations without involving cold calling or direct sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and skilled at managing client relationships through effective use of CRM systems and clear communication across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the CRM system daily to keep client information accurate and up to date. Handle customer support through calls, emails, and chat, requiring strong English communication skills. Create, track, and follow up on Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely progress and completion. Maintain records of pending WOs and take necessary actions to advance them appropriately. Organize and manage both physical paperwork and digital files related to client accounts. Provide regular updates to management and team members about important client developments. Utilize tools such as MS Office, Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Ensure thorough completion of all client support activities, making sure no details are overlooked.

Required Qualifications
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential to communicate effectively with international clients. A strong attention to detail and a passion for organization and accuracy are critical. Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Forms, is required. The ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently is important. Candidates should have an energetic and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes. Punctuality and reliability in adhering to work schedules and deadlines are expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates should be willing to work the scheduled hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time). Weekend availability is highly desirable and will be compensated with additional pay. The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month. This is a stable, full-time role with opportunities for professional growth. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided by a friendly and collaborative team. The office environment is professional yet relaxed, located in Bahria Town, Lahore.
