• Coordinate with the customer and supplier for the spare parts sales
  • Follow up with the customer for original spare parts
  • Prepare a Document of the Job Activity for the purpose of ease of substitution of a new person
  • Coordinate with the service team for appropriate and swift deployment for troubleshooting and problem resolution at the customer machines
  • Documentation of service reports (a proper documentation should be made regarding the service matters)
  • Regular reporting of Service Department to the Management
  • Invoicing of Service Matters (if applicaple) to customers. (i.e. service visits to the customer must be chartered
  • The heiarchy falls under the product line manager / sales person.
