  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Focus of after-sales support problems.
  • Preparing reports as per HODs requirement.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts for Sales queries.
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including flyers and brochures.
  • Recording the Sales target of each member of the sales team
  • Entering order information into the company database
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
