The Office Helper is responsible for all below responsibilities and report to HR department.

Functions

Main Responsibilities:

  • The Office Helper has to:
  • Make and serve tea/meal for Meeting Participant at office and Field.
  • Arrangement of Refreshment at Office and field.
  • Support staff for caring material in Office and Field.
  • Support staff in loading and unloading of normal material used for refreshment, IEC and project material at office and field.
  • Maintain and clean Project Items and Premises.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Any other Task assign by Supervisor

Skills Required:

  • Able to work under pressure Good communication skills
