Executive it is expected to, but not limited to perform the following duties:
- 2 - 3 years of experience required at least. Salary bracket is according to this experience.
- Manage company bank accounts, finances and ledgers in sheets.
- Control customer invoicing, vendor’s payments, purchase orders issuance, FBR taxation consolidation.
- Manage taxation including all tax returns periodically and FBR notices with coordinating with nominated external finance consultant.
- Review all quotes/costings/invoices and issue POs with approval in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing business plan, timeline and budget to perform financial projects.
- Create financial budgets and heads for parking the purchasing.
- Monitor and manage expenditures / expenses within allotted budget.
- Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures.
- Work closely with Core Team in preparation of business plan and operational budget.
- Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing standard accounting policies.
- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records.
- Supervise preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely fashion.
- Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filing activities.
- Provide training and guidance to teams as needed to understand legal matters.
- Identify and resolve financial and administrative issues and get the audit conducted.
- Monthly closing and consolidation of accounts including expenses, purchasing, payments to vendors, customer payments and recoveries.
