OK! Magazine is looking for a highly efficient, well-organised and enthusiastic PA to the Publisher. Acting as gatekeeper to the publisher and working within a high-pressured environment, you’ll be responsible for managing the smooth running of the office and overseeing all administrative duties, from organising editorial meetings to coordinating travel arrangements. The ability to multi-task and prioritise are a given, as is a flair for thinking quickly on your feet.
The successful candidate will primarily be in charge of running the Publisher’s diary, but must also ensure the smooth running of the office. She/he will also be pulling together events and projects at short notice, so must be able to juggle many tasks effectively and work on their own initiative. OK! Magazine is a fast-paced, lively office and the successful candidate must be able to work tirelessly, speedily and efficiently to ensure the Publiser’s needs, as well as those of the whole office, are met with the highest standards at all times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Organisation, time management and being able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Being proactive and using your initiative.
- Maintaining a strong rapport with colleagues through all departments.
- Confident at liaising with people at all levels.
- Good telephone manner and patience dealing with enquires.
- Comprehensive secretarial skills.
- Above all, a calm attitude and a can-do mentality.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressured situations.
- Previous experience in a PA role.
- Experience within fashion or the publishing industry is preferably
