• Good understanding of Post & Pre-sales. Must be prepared to write sales proposals and pitch to clients.

• Answer calls, Chats & emails to assist with questions about products.
• Follow-up on all existing customers.
• Demonstrate a positive, respectful attitude and the ability to work harmoniously with other team members.
• Should have leadership to manage and lead his/her own team
• Should be able to train juniors and new hires
