Job Description
We're looking for experienced individuals for managing our e-commerce stores.
Minimum education: Bachelors (with related experience)
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1) Answering customers using our third party tools
2) Handling return requests and cases of our stores
3) May require calling eBay customer service from time to time
4) Handling Purchase issues
4) Assisting the department manager in related activities as and when required
Other Requirements
-Must have prior experience of using eBay and Amazon (minimum 1 year).
-Must be hard-working, loyal and willing to work long-term for us.
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-English fluency is a must
-Must have their own laptops
-Must be willing to work in the company's office (DHA phase 2, Islamabad) (No TA/DA will be given)
-8 hours a day / 6 days a week.
