A prestigious company with its office location at (DHA Phase 2 – Gate No 3) related to E-Commerce & Software’s Solution/IT Industry requires the services of a professional “Customer Support / Ecommerce Officer”.
The concerned will be responsible for handling customer’s queries online using third party tools and assist the manager in the activities related to the clients as and when required.
Confident to deal with the tasks independently.
Confidentiality, correspondences, multi-tasking, highly acceptable oral/written communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills are desired.
The candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in the E-commerce industry online. Software’s knowledge such as Microsoft office suite Google docs/sheets and CRM Software (preferred not mandatory).

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors or above.
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferably in eBay or similar E-Commerce stores.
Working Hours: The Work time is 8 hours a day and 6 days a week (Day/Evening Shift) - Flexible as per the business requirement that may change from time to time if required.
