We're looking for experienced individuals for managing our e-commerce stores.
Minimum education: Bachelors
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1) Answering customers using our third party tool
2) Manage "Shipping" information correspondence and update tracking details daily.
3) May require calling eBay customer service from time to time
4) Handling Purchase issues
4) Assisting the department manager in related activities as and when required
-Must have prior experience of using eBay and Amazon (minimum 1 year).
-Must be hard-working, loyal and willing to work long-term for us.
-Initial pay would be Rs. 30,000 for a month and Rs. 35000 after probation with a potential to grow further in the future.
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-English fluency is a must
-Must have their own laptops
-Must be willing to work in the company's office (DHA phase 2) (No TA/DA will be given)
-8 hours a day / 6 days a week.
