Position :

Network & Systems Support Engineer
Maintenance Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 (Active Directory, Group Policy). Windows 7, 10 professional, MS Outlook and Linux systems
Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; system installation; documenting system standards.
Experience in Linux OS (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) administration and troubleshooting.
Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
Maintaining LAN, WAN, IP phone, EPBX system, access door system, attendance system, printer and network rack.
Liaise with ISPs for internet and link related issues
Configure and install various network devices and services (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, VPN).
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and quotation.
Patching and upgrading of Windows/VMware infrastructure.
Administrator for mailing system like O365 and Google app.
Knowledge on PCI DSS and ISO audit and documentation.
Good knowledge on VM and Hyper-V environment.
Maintaining IT inventory.
Knowledge on cloud system.
Knowledge on System hardening of Windows and Linux.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Install and configure software and hardware.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
