GENERAL SUMMARY/PRINCIPAL DUTIES
-Capture client requirements and perform FIT/GAP analysis.
-Design Proof of Concepts (POC).
-Create statement of work (SOW) based on captured customer requirements.
-Work with project sponsors to define project scope, time line and meeting schedules.
-Manage global team of functional and technical consultants/developers.
-Organize and lead CRP, SIT and UAT test events.
-Author functional design, test scripts, end user training and knowledge transfer documents.
-Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
-Create integrations with Third Party systems.
-Design, manage and schedule data migrations.
-Established regular meetings with business executives to review project KPIs and Budget.
Candidate Profile
We need a person with minimum 6 years experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
They need to have working knowledge of Sales cloud, service cloud, Salesforce API, APEX and Communities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform (including APEX and API development) and 2 years experience as a business analyst/technofunctional consultant.
We also require the candidate to atleast have a Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
We need someone with impeccable communication skills in English as they will need to communicate with clients in North America.
Job Role
The job entails talking to prospective clients and discussing their business requirements in detail.
They then need to document the solution based Salesforce and present it to the client.
The solution needs to be documented from a business perspective but keeping in mind technical considerations of the platform.
The solution can include integrations, custom development, API and different Salesforce.com modules such as Communities, service cloud, apps from the appexchenge apps.
The solution will also require a development timeline and a project timeline to be estimated based on the recommendations.
Our clients are based in North America, which is why the job timings are from 5pm-2am and can be done from home.
