We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Front-end Developer to join our team.
- As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve web applications.
- Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web pages
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Create quality mockups and prototypes
- Design mobile-based features
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
- Write functional requirement documents and guides
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- Understanding of key design principles.
- Knowledge of branding, photo editing, logo design
- knowledge of client CMS programs
- Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
- Experience with Content management systems and themes (i.e., WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Elementor)
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign etc would be considered a plus
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / SVN}}
- Good problem solving skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting, testing and debugging practices and techniques
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable utilizing the Adobe Suite
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
