 General Manager of Administration is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions in your business. A major part involves leading and directing employees. HE/She delegates administrative tasks, such as accounting, paperwork and payroll, while giving you the freedom to deal with other issues.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing expenses
  • Evaluate administrative team develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the office operate smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist in developing and enforcing budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress on projects, and planning and organizing a calendar of events
  • Arrange travel and accommodations of company staff
  • on ensuring attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
  • Analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.
  • In time availability of all required items to all over the Company offices
  • Monthly Report on buying trends, employee needs, company expenses etc.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, and employee service procedures
  • Any other task given by the management
