DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages recovery team, handles complaints or critical calls of client.
- Manage and guide recovery team for all recovery procedure.
- Makes sure employees comply with company policies when contacting individuals and other companies to collect over dues.
- Identifies areas of the collection process that need improvement and implement an enhanced process that will help collectors be more effective.
- Tracks the rate of success of the entire process and continues to make adjustments changes in process & procedures when necessary.
- Trains new employees and holds training reviews for established employees.
- Deal clients regarding payments, dues, balance payments & any other issues related to installments of clients.
- Coordinates with accounts department and data entry department regarding client recovery issues or queries of online payments in banks made by clients.
- Establishes quality control standards and maintains and enforces them over time.
- Identify defaulter clients, negotiates payment arrangements and follows up to make sure the payments are made.
- Monitors call reports to make sure collectors are making enough phone contacts each day.
- Make report of default clients and send them reminder and cancellation notice and calls to hyper clients.
- Researches and locates missing information that is needed for the staff to perform their jobs at optimum levels.
- Any other task given by the management.
