IT Manager required having Master Degree (MSc Computer Science) and Study / Certification CCNP (R & S), CCSP, MCSE with following hands on expertise with minimum 5 years of multi-site network handling experience.
• Expertise in core level Network Design, implementation and administration of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Expertise in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, up-gradation and support of all IT setup including Servers, PCs, Operating Systems, hardware, software etc.
• Expertise in design and implementation of backup strategies.
• Expertise of (Routing, Switching, Network Security, IPSec VPN, GETVPN, DMVPN, OSPF, BGP, Route-Maps, AS-Path Filtering) on Cisco Devices, MikroTik Router Boards and UTM Devices.
• Expertise in VLANs, Private VLANs, inter-VLAN routing.
• Expertise in STP, RSTP, MST, Ether Channels, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, MLS, Layer2 Security, NAT, IP-SLA, Network Security, Route Summarization, IP Sub-netting.
• Deep understanding and configuration of WSUS, WDS, Squid Proxy on CentOS integrated with Domain using LDAP.
• Expertise in Email Services (MDaemon V21).
• Deep understanding and troubleshooting of Active Directory Domain Controller in multi DCs environment.
• Expert level in DFS, FSRM and File Screening management.
• Expertise in DHCP multi scope and super scope configuration in VLAN environment.
• Expertise in Terminal Services integrated with domain controller in whole forest.
• Expert Level in VMware ESXi 7.0 & vCenter 7.0 planning, installation and configuration in Clustered environment integrated with Domain.
• Expertise in installation and configuration of WiFi solutions in VLAN environment.
• Deep understanding of Server RAID including (RAID 1,5,6,10) and Disk Management.
• Good hands on experience of Veeam Backup & Replication for both data and VMs.
• NMS / PRTG hands on experience.
• Can handle integration of NAS iSCSI storage with ESXi 7.0
• Must be able to develop and implement of IT policies and procedures, covering architecture, security, disaster recovery.
