● Provide support to auditors regarding queries.
● Be responsible for closing books at the year’s end upon completion of annual audit.
● Prepare the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the general ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances.
● Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
● Prepare, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
● Manage the accounting and monitoring systems for the company’s finances
● Develop good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the Company.
● Update the company regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the company’s business operation.
● Maintain the confidentiality of all documentation as well as information.
● Deal with all matters of taxation and corporate matters in coordination with tax consultants.
● Deal with Provident fund scheme and keep its track and ensure timely utilization of funds and monitor progress.
